The Company was formed in 1950 by F.Druggitt and H. Harding and remained within the Druggitt family until 2008. In 2008 the Company was acquired by the Taylor family this has ensured that the ethos of a family owned and run business has continued. Since the acquisition D&H has seen notable success in its expansion which has encompassed domestic, commercial and industrial areas.
